What to Expect:

Setting up the appointment:

Our receptionists will be happy to assist you with setting up your appointment, call 921-5199. You will be given an appointment with a 20 minute variance, i.e. “the doctor will arrive with her technician between 1:00pn—1:20pm".

Appointment Reminder:

One of our veterinary assistants will contact you the day prior to your appointment to review arrival time, what will be performed during their visit and any other concerns you may have. This will allow the doctor & assistant to be prepared for requests you may have during the appointment. Upon request we will also provide an estimate of services to be provided at this time.

Examination:

        A full physical examination will be performed with a written report provided at the conclusion of the appointment. This will give you a written record of services performed and future recommendations. We offer our same in-clinic services with the expected quality of care should your pet need hospitalization, surgery or x-rays. For pets requiring in-clinic services we will provide transportation to & from your home.
Payment:
        An invoice will be provided at the appointment conclusion. Payment is due at that time. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and CareCredit.
